Her is another Maybery paper layout. I hope you like it. It uses the canvas buttons, Color Ready Alphabet-Hodge Podge and Dimensional Elements for the word FUN. I inked all of the letters with Colonial White ink.
Note: when stamping on the canvas buttons ,ink your stamp very well then stamp firmly on thebutton and hold it there for the ink to absorb Before removing it rotate the image over the curved edges. You can stamp images or just sponge ink on them to make them a color of your choosing.
Welcome to my little corner of crafting. I hope you get a little bit of inspiration and ideas.

Life is Good
Today I have a layout using the Mayberry paper pack and putting together some Summer Fun.
The flower was fun and easy to make. Take your 1 1/4 circle punch and punch out 3 from one paper and 3 from another. Cut a 1 1/4" square to use as your base to build the flower on. With each circle fold two sides in to form a funnel. Do this for all 6 circles. Put glue on your base square. Now take 1 from each of your papers and glue the folded edge together back to back onto your base and continue gluing all of your pieces alternating as you go around in a circle. Now fold the sections down all in one direction as you move around your flower clockwise. To finish it off take a large canvas button and stamp a design on it. Peel off the backing on the canvas button and adhere to the flower center. Stamp a couple of leaves, cut out and adhere under your flower base. I hope this isn't to confusing to understand.
The title was done by using 3 different stamp sets and the 1 1/4" circle punch. I used the polka dot circle from Circle Together. From the set called Connections I used an open circle design. The last stamp set was from the Felicity kit. I used the alphabet from that one. I was trying to see if I could make the same look as the Token alphabet set with what I already had. I think it came out looking really nice. If you want to do it in one step then you can use the stamp set called Token Alphabet.
I have stacked my ink colors I used.
I have another layout using the same Mayberry papers and will try to post that soon.
Thanks for stopping by.

Have a Splendid day!!!
I am having fun working with the Workshop Kit from CTMH called Mayberry. It has the colors Cocoa, Honey, Smoothie and Olive. Good colors for all those Summer Fun pictures. I am working on a layout and will be posting it when it's done. But until then here is a 3 1/2 x 8 card using the Mayberry papers and colors. The stamp set is called "Splendid Day" . I used a few techniques in making this card. I did some stitching, paper piecing and making a scallop border using the corner rounder with the wings taken off. I know just who I am going to send it to also. Hope you like it.
