Birthday Box Card

I am having so much fun making a variety of box cards. One of our Granddaughter's in celebrating her birthday this month. So I decided to make another fun box card for her. This one is a Hot Air Balloon theme. The SVG file is from www.svgcuts.com.
I used a embossing folder on the clouds and also added glitter to each of the clouds.

I hope you enjoy this one.

Dimensional Baby Shower Card

Isn't this just the cutest box card for the new baby on the way? I got the svg file for this from
www.svgcuts.com They make the cutest projects there. I then picked out my papers. The sex of the baby is unknown so I made a yellow and green card. I used my Cricut Explore to cut all the pieces and then started putting them all together. It really does look like a real crib!!! Some of  the details are the little socks hanging at the corner of the crib, the baby bottle, teddy bear blocks etc. It folds flat and stand nicely when you take it out of the envelope.

On the back top of the crib is where you can write your message. I cut another piece from white CS just like the inside checked piece only solid not with the stars cut out of it. Isn't the side detail cute with that tiny heart cut out? This was for my daughter who in about 4 weeks will be blessed with her 4th child and our 4th Grandchild.

Hope you enjoyed this project.
See you next time.
