Tiny cards
The first one is 3 x 3. I cut the card with Outdoor denim CS and cut it with the Cricut. Then I used the Quaterfoil Embossing folder from CTMH to emboss the front side of the card. Then I added a couple strips from the Ariana paper pack and a layered butterfly also cut with the Cricut. Finally I added a few clear sparkles to the body of the butterfly.
The second card is 3 x 4. This time a Ruby Cs card base was used. Then 3 strips of paper were added to the front. Two are from the Ariana paper pack and the middle one is Ruby cs that was embossed with the Damask Embossing folder from CTMH. Then I stamped a sentiment from the Inspirations Flourishes stamp set with Ruby ink and added a few clear sparkles on either side.
The third card is a 3 x 3 card. This one also uses an embossing folder from CTMH. This time it is the Chevron folder. The flower, leaves, and banner were all cut from the Cricut and stamped with a couple different stamp sets. The colors in this card are Indian Corn Blue, Pear, Honey. Lastly I tied some twine in a button and added it to the flower center.
I'm sure I will be back with more of this size card. I love them so much.

3x3 Lucy Card
I have a 3x3 card for all of you today. Isn't it Sweet?? I am interested right now in making my own Flowers either with the Cricut or Stamps or whatever way possible. This flower was made using the stamp set, B1365 Spring Up. One of the stamps included in this set is a polka dot flower. It has lines that after it is stamped you cut along the lines to form the flower. To get the flower full looking like this one you need to stamp the flower twice. One is cut out and left flat. The other is cut along the lines and then rolled up with tweezers. Oh!! before I rolled it up I inked the edges and used a small round stick to curl the flower petal edges. I added a couple of leaves and a tag stamped with "Spring" attached with Bakers Twine and some Color Ready seam binding ribbon to complete the card. The Color Ready Seam Binding is a ribbon that you can color any color you want or use it as it comes. I used the Pear ink in this example using a dauber. It covered it really nicely. This is going to be a fun product to use.I will list the CTMH supplies below. If you would like step by step pictures leave me a comment and I will add them to this post.

A Tissue Paper Flower
Making Flowers are the rage right now. They can be made from a variety of products. Today I am posting a 3x3 card with a Tissue Paper Flower. I first made my card with a Bamboo base that is 3x6 and scored at 3”. I made this one as a top fold card. I added a 3x3 piece of Black CS. Then added a scallop border using the Fiskars Threading Water punch and Bamboo CS. Then I took a 2 1/2 square of Hollyhock CS and stamped “Thinking of You” with black ink and placed it in the right upper corner. I used the stamp set called “Say it in Style” D1283. Now comes the Tissue Paper Rose. I used the Scallop punch (new this year in the CTMH Idea Book”} and punched 3 pieces of tissue paper. I used 1 printed and 2 solid pink tissue papers. After punching them out , scrunch them up in your hands. Now poke a hole through the center with your paper piercer and attach a black button brad. Add to the front of your card. To fluff the flower again take the whole group and scrunch in your hands. Peel off the bottom layer and scrunch the top 2 layers. Lay down the 2nd layer and scrunch the top layer again. Then open it up. You can scrunch a lot or a little. Even after putting it in the envelope it will still fluff back up after removing it. Have fun giving these a try. You can vary the number of layers from mine if you want a fuller flower.

My latest 3x3 cards
I have been busy making some more 3x3 cards again. I make these for a few different uses one being as a Thank You to all those who send me a Hostess gift for the Monthly Swap I run thought the Fiskateer message board. I make it and leave it blank so they are able to use it not just get a card from me. I actually should have waited to post this because some of these are going to be sent out with the March swap. Oh Oh!! Shhh we won't tell anyone.
