Buzz and Bumble Two

Today I have the second layout using the Buzz and Bumble paper pack. This time I put my Granddaughters pictures on it. So as you can see the colors work good for either male or female pictures.

These pages took a bit of figuring out and a bit more time!! But I really liked the end result, I hope you do too.
The first page has 30 hexagons  in different colors and papers. They were made using the stamp set C1537 Honeycomb. It was fun to layout them out starting at one side and finishing at the other side.
I also did quite a bit of stitching in this layout but instead of the tradition 3 strands I only used 1 strand. It gives it a much finer line and looks a bit like machine stitching.

The photo is raised and has a pull out journal tag. The title is made up using 3 different styles. One is stamped, one used the Keyboard alphabet stickers and the last one used the Cricut.  I also used the Buzz and Bumble assortment for some of the embellishing. It came with really cute wood flowers and dragonfly's and faux wax seals. I cut some of our Glitter paper for the first time using the Cricut and it cut so smoothly!!!  That is going to be fun cutting different images to add that bling to projects.

This is the second page. Many of the same elements were used to coordinate with it's matching page.

Thanks for stopping by.
See you next time.

Buzz and Bumble

Buzz and Bumble is a summery paper pack from CTMH. It has the colors of Cocoa , Sunset, Honey, Crème Brulee, Champagne, Goldrush and Sweet Leaf. The Crème Brulee and Cocoa is so pretty together and then using Sunset as a focal color to give it a little "Pop". I loved a couple of the layouts that are in the current Idea Book using this paper and embellishments that coordinate. They gave me a challenge which I love. I love to try new things and figure new things out too.

I made two (2) page layouts. I will post one set here today and post the other tomorrow.
The layout today I also used the stickease that were a coordinating product.

I had to add pictures of my little Grandson. This layout was not difficult. The second one I post was the challenging one!!! I did do a little stitching and used the Artiste cartridge for the titles. The embellishments are the stickease and the journaling strips were done on the computer using Custom Color to match the layout.

Thanks for stopping by.
See you next time.
