I have two box cards that can be used for guys or girls but in my case they will be and have been used for that guy in my life
The svg files were from www.svgcuts.com The Father's Day Box Cards. There are 5 different cards in this file. The Baseball Box card, BBQ Grill Box Card, Golf Cart Box Card, Happy Father's Day Box Card, and the Toolbox Box Card.
I have made the Baseball and BBQ box cards so far.
First is the Baseball Box Card
My husband loves to watch college sports. His team is the Arizona Wildcats. Right now he is watching the baseball team playing and so far they are doing very well. Because my husbands birthday was this month along with Father's Day I made the Baseball card for him. He was happy to get it and it sets out on our coffee table so he can see it while watching his team play.
My next card is the BBQ card
I embossed the BBQ mitts with a fabric embossing folder I have. I am not sure if it shows up in the picture but they turned out really nice. I also embossed the knobs on the front panel so they had more of a knob look. I used the burlap embossing folder but because the circles are so small it came out looking really different but I think it works. It was fun to use some silver card stock along with the gray to make the grill. I thought about adding dots to the top of the bun for a sesame seed bun but made this one plain. Maybe the next time.
Hope you enjoyed seeing these cards
Thanks for stopping by.
Welcome to my little corner of crafting. I hope you get a little bit of inspiration and ideas.

Hydrangea Pots
I love my Cricut Explore Air and my most recent project I made using a svg file was from www.3dsvg.com. It was from the "Love your Mom bundle.
I made the Hydrangea pots and tray. Each hydrangea has 30 flowers! I inked the pink flowers with two colors of pink inks and just one with the blue and purple. I tried to leave the centers without any ink so they had a light center. This was a fun project to make.
I didn't add the "Mom" letters across the front of each pot as the original design shows. My Mom is no longer with us so I just made it as a Home Dec item for my home.
Here is a closeup of the flowers. Not only did I ink each one but also scored each petal and folded them slightly. They are attached to a 3" Styrofoam ball that was cut in half and painted with a light green acrylic paint. Then using Petite Pearl Pins they were added to the Styrofoam ball inserting the pin in the center hole of each flower. I started at the bottom and placed a row all the way around. Then offset the next row and continued until the ball was completely filled. The leaves are cut as one piece and attached to the bottom of the ball and then to the lid of the pot.

Happy Times layouts
CTMH had a special last month I think it was called Happy Times. There was a paper pack and a coordinating stamp set.
I finally got the layouts made not yet the cards and wanted to share them with you even though the paper and stamp are no longer available. As always you can always use other papers etc. In this workshop there are 3 two page layouts.
Layout #1 left page
Layout #2 left page
Layout #3 left page
Layout #3 right page
The papers were fun because there were two foil papers, some ombré , floral and small prints to work with. Add some gold shimmer trim, white and gold ribbon and some gems and the layouts came together.
I hope you enjoyed seeing these.

Charlotte 6 layout workshop
I know I haven't had some posts on my blog again for a few months but it wasn't because I wasn't crafting it was I was just crazy busy!
So although I made these a while ago and the paper is no longer available I still wanted to post them for you to see. You might want to use other papers and make the same layouts or you may have this paper. Like my Everyday 36 card workshop and my Zoe layouts the Charlotte 6 layout workshop came from Studio S at www.justcrazyblessed.blogspot.com She has any workshops you can choose from to buy.
These layouts use the Charlotte paper which are just beautiful. Also it uses the gold shimmer trim, gold puffy stickers, the Charlotte assortment, Charlotte compliments and black and gold ribbon.
In some layouts the gold shimmer trim was cut in half . A little bit of a challenge to do that but a very pretty result. Because the trim is adhesive backed here is a little trick to cutting it in half. I stuck it to my trimmer with some pieces of washi tape to also hold it down. I made my cut. Then it pulled right up off the trimmer and I was able to stick it to the layouts.
So because there are 6 two page layouts I am not posting the left and right pages separately. I will have each layout with both pages side by side. Also I apologize for my photography not being that great. I don't have any equipment and just take a photo in my craft room. Hopefully they are good enough when clicked on to see detail if you want to.
So let's begin with layout #1
Layout #2
Layout #3
This layout doesn't have it's complete title because I have to put my pictures down first. It will say "today is your Day" I only have the D for the word Day at this time.
Layout #4
Layout #5
This layout is missing some of it's embellishments until after I get my pictures on.
Layout #6

Everyday Life 36 cards
I have been busy with another workshop from Susan Williams. She can be found at www.justcrazyblessed.blogspot.com. She has many scrapbook layout workshops and this card workshop for sale.
This is the Everyday Life 36 card workshop. You make two each of 18 card designs for the 36 cards.
This was a fun project and it went pretty fast with using the MISTI for stamping and the thin cuts to cut out the stamped images. The MISTI was so nice because I could line up a number of stamps and papers
Here are the MANY cards made with the Everyday Life My Crush paper pack. It is no longer available but I thought you might still enjoy seeing the cards. There are all 18 cards shown below. I got some of those clear boxes for cards and am putting together a variety of the cards in each of the boxes and will add a ribbon and tag to give as gifts. It is always nice to have a card when you need one.
I hope you enjoy seeing the various cards.

Sangria Layouts
I want to share today layouts made using the Sangria WOTG Kit along with some embellishments. I have both the WOTG layout and the additional layout they show in the Current Annual Idea Book from Close to my Heart. It is soon to retire at the end of August 2016.
I not only used the Sangria paper but also the Artristy cartridge, Eggplant, Pomegranate, Poppy, Champagne , cocoa and Desert Sand inks, poppy extra thick twine, pink enamel gems, and clear Wink of Stella. I used my MISTI tool to do all the stamping even though I don't have the new 12 X 12 MISTI. I have the original size and was able to stamp by having my paper hang over the edge. I still could stamp multiple times if I needed to in order to have a nice solid image.
The first layout is the left side page.
This is the right side
Here they both are side by side
Now I want to also show you the additional layout using the Sangria paper pack. This is the left page

Lastly both side by side

Sangria cards
Today I have two cards made with the Sangria paper. They are 4 1/4 X 5 1/2 cards.
Besides the Sangria paper I used a stamp set "A Thousand Thanks", Pomegranate , Eggplant and Sorbet inks, Gold Foil tape and instead of real gems I used some Nuvo drops and made my own "pearls"
