Two punches in one! Create a continuous border and a perfect corner transition with these four new designs. Try the Framed in Love punch on a card for a loved one, or the Snowbubbles punch for a fun winter layout.

What do you think?

A Fiskars Demo

Myself and a few fellow Fiskateers got together at my home for a Fiskars Demonstration on some tools they had questions on. I got out the tools we were going to go over and use in making our project. By making a project I find it provides that hands on learning that is so important and the fun involved in using the different tools. I taught the stamp press, paper trimmer and squeeze punches. It was a fun day.

The project that was made was a Tri Shutter Card. I had orginally posted about this card that I got from Angel Stamper 2 on my blog here. She was so kind to provide the instructions on her blog and it lent well to the tools that I was using at the demo. Please stop by her blog if you like this card to see her creation and many other wonderful projects on her blog. It is well worth the look.

Another Sundress

Well I got the other Sundress done that I was working on for my Granddaughter, Grace. What do you think? It is a little hard to see but there are little bows on the back waistband too. The little panties (not pictured here) were made out of the solid pink color.
It is kind of a funny story on how this fabric came to be a sundress for her. When shopping for this material my daughter and Grace came with me. We were looking at the different fabrics and we were picking some out to look at. All of a sudden Grace had her own opinion on the fabrics. She would say no and shake her head but when we got to this one she lit up. She grabbed it and hugged the bolt of fabric. My daughter and I looked at each and said well I guess she likes this one. It was the funniest thing to see but awfully cute at the same time. I can't wait to see her wearing it.

Have you seen the Tri Shutter Card ???

I found a Tri Shutter card on the internet from the Angel Stamper 2. I fell in love with it and just had to give it a try. It is a fun card to make and when it stands it so cool looking. What do you think? I can't wait to make another one for another occasion. Thank you Vickie for the instructions and inspiration.
Papers are Doodle bug Designs
Bazzill cardstock
CTMH stamp set Endless Friendship
GStudio 1.00 stamps from Michael's

I've been Sewing

I have also been busy sewing some sundresses for my Granddaughter. I have one finished pictured here and have one more almost done that I will show you soon. Isn't it cute?!! I had so much fun making it. She loves dresses and she looks so adorable in this dress. It is kind of hard to tell but the back of the dress crisscrosses so that the little panties show. Living in Arizona makes this a perfect style for her to stay cool and look CUTE besides.
Now I have to finish the hand sewing on the second dress and I will be back to show you that one too.

New cards

I have been seeing this Popsicle card around the Internet and thought it was so cute!! I had to give it a try and this is what I made with my cherry stamp. The ribbon tied around the stick holds the card shut by pushing it close to the card bottom. I added glitter to the cherries too.
This card is for my Son-In-law's birthday which is today. Happy Birthday Steve!!! I'm hoping of course he doesn't see this before I can get it to him. This card was made from all CTMH products. The papers are from Good Times and Goldrush CS. The stamp is Today's Date. Colors are Goldrush, White Daisy, Twilight.

Fiskateer Demo Goal was Reached!!!

I am proud to be a Fiskateer and to have been a part of reaching this goal.
I thought I would share this because I think it is remarkable that this wonderful group called Fiskateers set out to reach a goal last year and we did!!!

I am one of the Fiskateers that have been Certified as a Fiskars Trainer and Demonstrator. I have trained others to be Fiskars Demonstrator's. I have been doing Demonstrations at my LSS and having a ball. Well Fiskars set a goal last year for all of us that were doing demos to reach. That goal was 1000 Demos in 2008. This was a group effort and I am happy to say that we succeeded in reaching the goal. YEAH!!!

I received a letter in the mail from Fiskars stating we had reached the goal of 1000 Demo's and Congratulation's!! They sent all of us a ribbon to add to our ID badges. Here is mine pictured below. I would like to Congratulate each of the Fiskateers that were in this group as well!!! We are on our way to reaching another goal for this year. I'm hoping we can do it. Fiskars has set the goal much higher this year but a challenge is always good. If we can reach this years goal we will be adding another ribbon to our badge.
